About the Role
We’re looking for an SEO Content Specialist who’s not just fluent in search intent and keyword strategy but also an exceptional writer who understands how to engage, inform, and convert.
You’ll help us grow organic traffic and generate demand by creating high-quality content that aligns with SEO best practices and strong copywriting fundamentals.
As part of the SEO team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how content supports our broader marketing goals. You’ll also collaborate closely with the wider team (sales, product marketing, etc) to deliver on-point messaging across multiple touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
- Own the creation of SEO-driven content from ideation and keyword analysis to publishing (blogs, landing pages, resources, etc.)
- Write content that’s not only optimized for search but also persuasive and conversion-oriented
- Build and maintain content briefs and guidelines based on keyword research and intent analysis
- Optimize and update existing content for improved rankings and engagement
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales to support GTM campaigns, sales enablement content, and educational materials
- Monitor performance metrics (like MQLs, CTRs, rankings) and suggest data-backed content improvements
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, tone, and positioning
- Occasionally support technical SEO activities like internal link building and anchor text optimization
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience writing SEO content for B2B audiences (preferably SaaS)
- Proven track record of writing content that ranks and converts
- Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization
- Excellent copywriting fundamentals: clear messaging, benefit-focused writing, and calls-to-action
- Comfortable working with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Surfer/MarketMuse, GA4, GSC and Screaming Frog
- Ability to manage multiple content pieces with high attention to detail and deadlines
- Great communicator and team player who can work cross-functionally
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting product marketing or sales with written content
- Experience with AI tools for research and task automation
- Familiarity with lead gen concepts like MQLs, TOFU/MOFU/BOFU content strategies
- Experience using WordPress
