We’re looking for an Editor to join our team and help us deliver exceptional, high-performing content for our clients. You’ll work across multiple clients, ensuring their content is sharp, accurate, and optimized to perform. Think of yourself as the glue that holds our content creation process together — refining the details, ensuring top-notch quality, and shaping content that sets the standard.

You’ll also get to dive into our own portfolio of tech-focused media sites, refining content that empowers people to use technologies like AI and No-Code to transform their lives and careers.

We’re on the hunt for someone who’s as passionate about editorial excellence as we are — someone who sees AI as a partner in the creative process, not a replacement for it. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Edit and optimize content: You’ll edit each piece of content we produce for our clients, ensuring we’ve nailed the tone of voice, created an article that beats the #1-3 results on Google and got our facts right.
  • Collaborate with writers: Work hand-in-hand with our writers to guide their drafts into polished, high-performing articles that hit the mark for both our clients and their readers.
  • Enhance briefs: You’ll team up with our Head of Strategy to fine-tune article briefs, ensuring every writer has clear, actionable direction for creating exceptional content.
  • Manage workflow: Keep our content machine running smoothly by updating client sheets, Asana, and Airtable, tracking progress like a pro, and making sure no deadline slips through the cracks.
  • Client communication: Be the go-to person for client updates and queries, keeping them informed and confident about how their articles are shaping up.
  • Quality assurance: Dive into each article with an eagle eye, checking for accuracy, consistency, and top-notch quality while ensuring links, quotes, and facts are spot-on.
  • Content ideation: Bring fresh ideas to the table, pitching potential article topics that align with client goals and help drive their content strategy forward.

Here’s what we’re looking for

  • Native-level English: Exceptional command of grammar, spelling, and style.
  • SEO knowledge with a strong understanding of on-page SEO principles, including keyword optimization and content structuring.
  • Editing skills to improve readability, structure, and flow while maintaining the brand’s voice.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for fact-checking, accuracy, and flawless grammar and punctuation.
  • Adaptability to work across diverse topics, including technical and niche industries.
  • AI content familiarity: Skilled at refining AI-generated content to make it engaging and human-like.
  • Collaboration with writers, strategists, and clients to achieve shared content goals.
    Efficiency in managing tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

The Details

Compensation: $3,000 per month, 5 days per week

Location: Fully Remote

Employment: Contract (Initial 3 months, with view to extend or make permanent)

Start Date: Immediate
