Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for social media, email campaigns, and sales marketing materials.
  • Write blog posts, articles, and case studies to support our inbound marketing efforts.
  • Create concise and impactful ad copy for email campaigns, blog posts and articles for our website.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies across all platforms.
  • Experienced in keyword research to maximize reach and exposure to web and social content.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content for maximum reach and impact.
  • Draft compelling email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure email content aligns with brand tone, target audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate on A/B testing strategies to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Write sales collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and presentations.
  • Partner with the sales team to understand their needs and deliver content that supports lead conversion.
  • Leverage HubSpot tools to create, distribute, and track marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content writing for social media, email marketing, and sales campaigns.
  • Experience writing content in the US real estate, property management or medical fields is a plus
  • Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences and platforms.
  • Expert in SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
