About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Loan Writer to join our Mandurah team. In this role, you will manage a steady pipeline of leads and assist clients with their residential lending needs. You’ll thrive in a supportive environment, backed by a robust database of over 5,000 clients generating approximately 20 enquiries per week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to loan settlement.
- Structuring and submitting residential loan applications.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
- Offering expert advice on a variety of loan products, including first-home buyer loans, investment loans, construction loans, and more.
- Providing exceptional service to maintain and grow Spotter Finance’s client base.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years writing residential loans. Banking backgrounds are welcome, and training will be provided where needed.
- Client Focus: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Problem Solving: A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to overcoming challenges.
- Drive: A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
