Job Description
Role Purpose:
Responsible for writing, producing, and editing on-air promotional shoot spots and clip spots, social videos, and campaigns for NBC Sports properties.
Responsibilites:
- Work with Creative Directors, designers, and audio mixers to shepherd projects through entire production and post-production process
- Develop innovative concepts for launch campaigns, including social components
- Concept/write/produce/edit topical spots, anthemic brand spots, social videos and other video content for NBC Sports
- Work with outside companies on campaign development and execution
- Partner with various in-house teams (Strategy, Consumer Engagement, Ad Sales, etc.) to create communications that tie in with marketing campaigns
- Partner with creative team for brainstorming and scriptwriting
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 4 years of experience writing, producing, and editing promos and social content for a cable, broadcast or streaming network
- Minimum 4 years of experience AVID editing
- Must have a show reel that demonstrates work on promos and commercials from Major Networks, Movies, Sports, and/or the music industry.
- Knowledge of all aspects of video production and post-production

Eligibility Requirements
- Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice when needed.
- Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
- This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
