About the Role
You will play a key role in developing content about our financial products in the German market, to grow our customer base and online presence. The position integrates into our central Brand & Content Team. The team serves our 4 core markets Germany, France, Netherlands, and Denmark. It is a highly collaborative division collaborating with Product Marketing amongst further Revenue teams, Product, and Design.
We are looking for an ambitious marketer with a strong focus on content creation and social media.
What You’ll Do
As a Content Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Content Localization Development: Align content with the German market needs by researching, defining audience personas, identifying content gaps, and selecting optimal channels/formats.
- Content Creation: Produce, edit, and publish high-quality written and visual content for websites, blogs, social media, ads, and videos, following brand guidelines.
- Content Calendar Management: Ensure timely content delivery, aligning with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Social Media:
- Create educational posts from new content.
- Translate PR releases and share company/product news.
- Manage community interactions.
Requirements
Who You Are
We are looking for a passionate writer with a strong drive and a target-driven mentality. You will join an international company that represents 19 different nationalities and a wide variety of skill sets.
- Passionate writer with a strong, target-driven mentality
- Near-native German language skills with excellent English proficiency
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in online marketing
- Skilled and passionate about creating content for various online channels
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
- B2B marketing and SEO experience are a plus
