Technical Writer / Technical Documentation Specialist

We are currently looking an experienced Tech Writer to create and maintain concise technical documentation for our services and products, especially our simulation platform </span>RoSi. As our Technical Writer you will ensure our users have the best possible experience using our products by providing them with accurate and user-friendly documentation.&nbsp;

What you will do:&nbsp;

• Collaborate with our product and project teams to gather information and understand software specifications and functionalities&nbsp;

• Create and keep up-to-date user manuals, guides, FAQs, release notes, online help documentation and API documentation&nbsp;

• Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity, language correctness and formatting&nbsp;

• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for various audiences, including end-users and technical staff&nbsp;

• Gather user feedback on the documentation&nbsp;

• Maintain consistency in style, tone and terminology across all company’s tech documentation&nbsp;

• Improve documentation process by researching and recommending new tools and best practices&nbsp;

Requirements:&nbsp;

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science or a related field.&nbsp;

• Previous experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, preferably in software, robotics, AI, computer graphics or automotive projects&nbsp;

• Overall understanding of software development processes, software architecture and being able to read and code&nbsp;

• Familiarity with tools like Git, GitHub and/or Gitlab.&nbsp;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.&nbsp;

• Strong understanding of technical concepts related to software engineering and ability to learn new ones quickly.&nbsp;

• Attention to detail&nbsp;

• Experience in working with Linux (we use Ubuntu)&nbsp;
