Creative Designer & Content Writer (Chinese Speaker)

We are seeking a creative design and content specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual and written communication. This role involves leading design and content strategies across platforms, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with our fintech and cryptocurrency audience. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative campaigns, social media content, and digital assets. Your ability to create compelling visuals and content that drive engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the creation of visual content, including graphics for social media, advertisements, websites, and events.

2. Develop brand assets and stories, crafting and optimizing marketing copy that aligns with brand positioning.

3. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to formulate and execute brand visual strategies and content plans.

4. Produce high-quality articles and content to enhance brand influence.

5. Participate in social media and community content creation, ensuring successful planning and execution.

6. Plan and support various marketing activities, ensuring that visual and content presentations achieve expected outcomes.

7. Regularly update and maintain the company’s website and social media content in collaboration with the marketing manager.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher from an art school or related design major.

2. 3+ years of experience in creative design, capable of independently completing high-quality design work.

3. Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce complementary content for designs.

4. Clear thinking, strong logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.

5. Adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

6. Experience in social media and community content creation, effectively driving brand communication.

7. Experience in event planning, supporting success through visuals and content.

8. Collection submission is a plus.

9. Language: Proficient in English, Chinese is a plus
